Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy
1. Shipping
Order processing
After placing your order, it usually takes 1 business day to process the order.
Delivery times
The average delivery time within Netherlands and Belgium is 5-8 working days, provided the order is placed before 11:00 PM. During busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are free for all orders within the Benelux.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your order. Please note that it may take a few hours for the Track & Trace link to become active.
2. Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and must not have been turned on or put into use. Our professionals can determine whether a product has been used.
- The original packaging must be undamaged.
Return procedure
To register a return shipment, send an email to info@plug-n-play.eu with your order number and reason for return. After approval of your request, you will receive the return instructions and the return address. The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Conditions
As soon as we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will send a confirmation by email. If the product meets the return conditions (unused, in original condition and packaging), you will receive a full refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment.
Warranty claims
Products that are within the warranty period of 2 years defective due to material or manufacturing defects, can be returned for repair or replacement. Damage caused by misuse, such as impact damage or water damage, is not covered by the warranty. Please contact us for further instructions regarding warranty claims.
